The Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Market is gaining significant attention because of the growing use of targeted therapies in prostate cancer and other malignancies. Advances in molecular imaging are closely supporting RLT adoption. Gallium-68 has established itself as the largest isotope segment because of its role in imaging and diagnostics. Accurate imaging can help identify appropriate molecular targets and support treatment planning. Meanwhile, Lutetium-177 is rapidly expanding because of its therapeutic applications.

Hospitals and clinics remain the largest end-user segment. These facilities typically have the specialized infrastructure, nuclear medicine capabilities, imaging equipment, and trained professionals required to administer complex radiopharmaceutical therapies. Hospital and clinic revenues are projected to rise from USD 3.24 billion in 2024 to USD 8.67 billion by 2035.

North America continues to lead the global market with approximately 45% share, supported by advanced healthcare infrastructure, cancer research investment, and favorable regulatory conditions. Europe represents around 30% of the market, while Asia-Pacific accounts for approximately 15% and presents significant future potential.

As PSMA-targeted therapies, molecular imaging, and personalized oncology continue developing, RLT is expected to become increasingly integrated into advanced cancer treatment strategies.
